Terms & Conditions for p44bat

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and p44bat ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the p44bat website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by them. This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first access or use the Platform.

• You are not accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

p44bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Until satisfactory verification is received, your account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld. Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 21 at the time of play will be forfeited in their entirety.

To access real-money features of the p44bat Platform, you are required to create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure.

Each person is entitled to maintain only one (1) registered account on the p44bat Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. p44bat employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all associated accounts will be closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonuses or winnings credited during the period of duplication will be permanently forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Not allow any other individual to access or use your p44bat account;
• Immediately notify p44bat customer support if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

p44bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you have notified us of unauthorised access and we have taken steps to secure your account.

p44bat accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods, all of which support Pakistani Rupee (PKR) transactions natively:

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refused and returned where technically possible. p44bat reserves the right to request proof that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within your account cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by p44bat at any time with reasonable notice. Deposits are generally credited to your p44bat account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. p44bat accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider or your banking institution.

p44bat does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for verifying and bearing any such third-party charges. All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational expenses of p44bat.

Withdrawals may be requested by registered players who have completed the identity verification process and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements. p44bat processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations;
• You must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your first withdrawal can be processed;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in your account cashier at the time of the request;
• p44bat reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership;
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method selected and internal verification requirements.

p44bat reserves the right to withhold, delay, or refuse a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or potential money laundering. In such cases, we may freeze your account and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. You will be notified where legally permissible.

p44bat may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed account verification and made at least one qualifying deposit, unless the promotion is explicitly described as a no-deposit bonus;
• Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements (playthrough requirements) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms;

• All bets are accepted subject to the available funds in your p44bat account at the time the bet is placed;
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended except where p44bat expressly offers a cash-out or bet edit feature for that specific market;
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, p44bat reserves the right to void affected bets at odds of 1.00 (i.e., stakes returned);
• p44bat reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits at its sole discretion on any market, player account, or event.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for each game within the game information section. p44bat does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published RTP parameters.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p44bat Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p44bat staff or other players;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p44bat, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption of service, system failures, or technical errors;
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made on the Platform.

p44bat's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p44bat makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

p44bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. This Agreement does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
